I began my career in 2019, working at a pediatric dental office for several years before transitioning to orthodontics. Every day, I’m surrounded by remarkable people who work so well together to create our patients’ beautiful smiles. I never get tired of watching a person’s self-esteem and confidence transform as their new smile takes shape. I have a loving husband, wonderful kid, and 2 mini schnauzers. When I'm not at work, you can find me in my bed with my kindle watching netflix or ordering things on Amazon.

Orthodontic Assistant
I joined LaHaye Orthodontics in 2020 and have worked in the field for twelve years. Along with assisting Dr. LaHaye, I also take X-rays and photos, scan patients for Invisalign® and in-house aligners, work in our lab to make appliances, and coordinate ordering. I like to keep busy! I love to see the beautiful smiles we create and the confidence that comes along with it.

I began my career in orthodontics in 2021 when I attended Accelerated Dental Assisting Academy. I joined LaHaye Orthodontics shortly after graduation. My favorite part of my job would have to be seeing the excitement on a patient’s face when we remove their braces, revealing their beautiful smile they’ve waited so long for.
I am married to my husband Kevin, and together we have three awesome boys. We love to play games, travel, and hang out with family and friends. I’m always down to have fun and meet new people. There is never a dull moment with me!

I joined LaHaye Orthodontics in 2021, where I scan patients, prep Invisalign and braces patients, and provide direct care, as well as assist Dr. LaHaye with procedures. My favorite part of my job is to come to work and see the amazing smile transformations that Dr. LaHaye and our team create. It is a tremendous blessing to be a part of a such fantastic team. Our entire team really wants to make a difference in your life.
On the weekends, you can find me spending time with my family and friends, spending time with my daughter, Ensley, watching softball, and enjoying the outdoors.

I have been with LaHaye Orthodontics since 2014 and enjoy working with a dedicated team and talented, caring doctor. I meet with patients and their families to review financials, including contracts. I enjoy connecting with our patients on a personal level and seeing how each person changes as their new smile is created.
Born and raised in Thibodaux, I spend my free time with my husband Justin and three kids, Justin, Emma, and Greyson. I enjoy hanging out with our family and friends, love to travel, and enjoy shopping, decorating, and arts and crafts

Hi! I’m Rhonda, and I’ve been part of the LaHaye Orthodontics family since 2018, bringing 15 years of dental experience along with me. As the Treatment Coordinator, I get to welcome new patients, walk them through the treatment options Dr. LaHaye recommends, and help them feel confident and excited about starting their smile journey. It’s truly one of my favorite parts of the job! Every day I learn something new, and I’m grateful to work in such a fun, caring environment. When I’m not in the office, you can find me enjoying life with my husband Jai and our three amazing kids: Maura, Mason, and our little caboose, Bella. Weekends at our camp, relaxing cruises, and magical Disney vacations are our family favorites! And recently, our family has grown even more—we’ve welcomed our sweet new grandbaby, Luca!

I joined the LaHaye Orthodontics team in 2025 as the Scheduling Coordinator with 2 years of experience in the dental and orthodontics field. I'm so thankful to be a part of such an amazing, helpful and caring team. As a Scheduling Coordinator, I am the smiling face behind the phone and front desk scheduling all your appointments! I love to see all the smiling faces of our patients and their transformations! I am married to my Husband Lance and we have a beautiful daughter, Harper and our sweet pup, Hank! On my free time, you can find me spending time with my family and friends, or maybe at TJ Maxx with an iced coffee in hand!
