Office Visits

Your First Visit

During your initial visit, we will identify your concerns and answer any questions you may have. We will also assess your dental and facial characteristics, provide information concerning the nature of any orthodontic problems present, and discuss treatment options. There is no charge for examination appointments for children and adolescents.

Diagnostic Records

To determine the best course of treatment, diagnostic records will be taken by our staff. A complete set of records consist of facial and dental photos, head and jaw radiographs (x-rays), and dental study models of your teeth. Along with the initial exam findings, these are used to confirm the individualized treatment plan for each patient.

Orthodontic Appointments

The appointment to get your braces on usually takes about one to two hours. You'll then be seen at regular intervals approximately five to eight weeks apart for adjustments — these usually last only 20 to 40 minutes.

We make every effort to be on time for our patients, and ask that you extend the same courtesy to us. It can be difficult to reschedule since most appointments are made one to two months in advance, so if you cannot keep an appointment, please call us immediately.

Just like our appointment reminders, you can customize how you receive financial reminders through email or voicemail. After you log in to your account profile, you can review and print your financial ledgers without having to call our office.

Online Bill Pay

After logging in to your account profile, review and pay your bills online directly through our website. All online payments are protected in a secure server via SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) so your credit card information is encrypted as you enter it.
