During your visit, we'll discuss with you the cost of your treatment, and each of your available payment plan options, so that you are able to make the best choice for you and your family. We will work with you to create a payment plan that fits your budget and you will know what to expect before beginning treatment.

Our practice accepts most major credit cards and insurance plans, and we offer affordable third-party financing options like CareCredit. With third-party financing, you can:

Payments

If full payment is made at the onset of treatment, we will offer a fee discount.

We now offer an automatic payment method via electronic funds transfer (EFT) for your convenience.

To fit your individual needs, financial arrangements can be made to extend your payments over a period of months or the estimated duration of treatment.

We also accept payment by VISA and MASTERCARD, which may be made online through the website via your personalized login id.

Insurance

As a courtesy to you, our office will be happy to complete your insurance forms and send them to you or directly to your insurance company to help determine the coverage that you have available. However, since the legal contract is between you and your insurance company, you are in the most favorable position to receive payment from your insurer.

Over the years we have had the best results with a system which allows the responsible parties to pay for their orthodontic care, and then be reimbursed directly by the insurer. Insurance money going directly to you is in YOUR BEST INTEREST.
